DIGITALiBiz servers are housed in Reston, Virginia, home to some of the largest corporations in the world such as; Microsoft, Oracle, and MCI. We're commited to providing our customers with outstanding service and reliablility which is why our servers are housed in a state of the art facility offering continuous UPS power and generator backup, a climate-controlled environment, fire protection and suppression, 24 x 7 secure access, remote monitoring, and redundant GigE connections to the internet.
The datacenter is monitored 24 x 7 by the Security Operations Center (SOC). The facility is equipped with remote camera monitoring backed by digital recordings. Equipment areas are strictly guarded and can only be accessed by authorized personnel, key card, and pass codes.
The entire facility has multiple built-in power redunancy options which guarantees continual operations. The backup generators used hold 2000 gallons of fuel which guarantees a minimum runtime of 48 hours with a two-hour response for fuel delivery. The facility is capable of 1,600 amps at 480 volt total capacity.
HP and Cisco Routers and Switches
DIGITALiBiz uses the industry's best when it comes to routers and switches. We purchase HP and Cisco routers and swtiches to maximize stability and performance to our network. Each server is equipped with redundant gigabit ethernet connections giving you that extra level of satisfaction.
Our servers are connected to a redundant GigE backbone consisting of AboveNet, Cogent, Level(3), MCI, and Qwest. Each connection has opposite entry points to avoid downtime to to cut or damaged lines.
