DIGITALiBiz servers are housed in Frederick, Maryland. We're commited to providing our customers with outstanding service and reliablility which is why our servers are housed in a state of the art facility offering continuous UPS power and generator backup, a climate-controlled environment, fire protection and suppression, 24 x 7 secure access, remote monitoring, and multiple SONET connections to the internet.
The datacenter is staffed and monitored 24 x 7. The facility is equipped with remote camera monitoring backed by digital recordings. Equipment areas are strictly guarded and can only be accessed by authorized personnel, key card, and pass codes.
There are diverse power feeds to the facility, multiple diesel generators, and parallel redundant N+1 UPS configurations. This ensures continual power to the facility even when the external connection is damaged.
HP and Cisco Routers and Switches
DIGITALiBiz uses the industry's best when it comes to routers and switches. We purchase HP and Cisco routers and swtiches to maximize stability and performance to our network. Each server is equipped with redundant gigabit ethernet connections giving you that extra level of satisfaction.
The facility is connected to multiple SONET Fiber providers with diverse entry points. Each connection has opposite entry points to avoid downtime to to cut or damaged lines.
