At DIGITALiBiz we understand that switching hosting companies can be difficult. That is why we are now offering a new service which will provide customers assistance in switching web hosts. We're offering our site moving service FREE of charge to all qualifying new customers*. We'll move your HTML, images, other files, and even your MySQL and MSSQL databases!

Here is a quick overview of steps on how the process will work.

1. Purchase one of our hosting packages. Accounts are created immediately upon approved payment and identity verification. Once the account has been created a welcome e-mail will be sent containing important information regarding your account. (If you do not receive this e-mail within 30 minutes, please contact support.)

2. Once you have your account created, submit a request using our online Site Mover form. You will need to provide our engineers with some account information regarding your current hosting company. We will transfer all your files to our servers at no cost. Because of different e-mail systems, and script compatibility, we do not offer moving services for those. For MySQL and MSSQL 2000/2005 databases we will export and re-import the data on our systems. One of our support engineers will provide you with more details after reviewing your current hosting account.

3. Once all your files and account settings are in place we can make the necessary DNS changes to have your domain pointed to DIGITALiBiz. Your domain's nameservers will need to be changed to NS0.DIGITALIBIZ.COM and NS2.DIGITALIBIZ.COM. Most registrars offer a web-based process to update your nameservers. Nameserers can take anywhere from 4 to 48 hours to propagate throughout the internet. Once propagation is complete your site will be fully moved to DIGITALiBiz.

*Customers must be opening a new account and must include the purchase of a new hosting plan. Offer does not apply to upgrades.
